- Provides special consultation not only about Exploration Testing & Completion to team members in Exploration Geoscience, Exploration Drilling and Operation Geologist but also on matters related to well completion / re-completion, plans and recommends tests and surveys, analyzes and interprets results and submits appropriate recommendations
- Initiates projects and takes charge of a project team, provides functional guidance to the team members, reviews findings, makes recommendations and discussion on final report with team leaders Undertakes studies and special projects. Includes preparation of terms in reference and implementation of action plan
- Directs and supervises the activities of assigned personnel
- Advice on completion, workover, testing and stimulation programs in liasion with Exploration Geoscience, Exploration Drilling, Operation Geologist and Exploitation. Identifies requirements for achieving higher productivity and probability artificial lifting in exploration well
- Conducts multiphase flow analysis (i.e. nodal analysis) using state of the art software
- Coordinates with different company’s teams and service providers regularly to optimize drilling operations, completion / re-completion of horizontal, multi-lateral wells, stimulation programs and any other petroleum engineering related matters
- Prepares teams long term plans, capital and expense budget, budget proposals, AFE’s etc and monitors activities and expenditure
