PT Petrol Pratama Energi is seeking an energetic, hands-on, and knowledgeable Lead Operations professional to lead and coordinate our Well Service and Slickline field operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness, equipment reliability, safety compliance, and effective coordination across field, workshop, inventory, and rental activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Well Service & Slickline field operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution.
• Manage workshop activities, inventory, asset maintenance, and inspection of idle tools and equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready for deployment.
• Coordinate equipment rental activities and monitor operational requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation for tenders and maintain effective client and business networking.
• Support 24-hour operational monitoring when required.
• Ensure compliance with K3LL/HSE Migas requirements, including LSA, PTW, and HAZOP.
• Maintain implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Conduct or support routine site/rig visits and maintain operational readiness.

Key Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas, well service, or related field operations.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in an Operations Leader or equivalent supervisory position.
3. Strong understanding of slickline, well intervention, and workover operations.
4. Good knowledge of slickline units and operational tools.
5. Familiarity with Pressure Control Equipment (PCE).
6. Proficient knowledge of downhole tools.
7. Experience in workshop and asset management, including equipment storage, maintenance, and inspection.
8. Strong understanding of equipment rental and operational workflows.
9. Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
10. Physically fit and willing to conduct routine site/rig visits and pass the required MCU/Fit-to-Work assessment.
